Pamella brings a unique combination of recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, and business ownership experience to her role as Executive Recruitment Consultant with Elite Executive. Holding a degree in Human Resource Management and ICF Certified Coach, she has spent more than 15 years helping organisations identify, attract and secure high-performing professionals and leaders through both internal talent acquisition and executive recruitment.
Later, Pamella established a successful coaching business, working closely with professionals, leaders and business owners to navigate career transition, personal leadership, business development and growth. Now, as Executive Recruitment Consultant with Elite Executive, Pamella combines recruitment expertise, commercial acumen and a consultative approach to support organisations across Queensland in securing high-calibre talent.
