Eva has been working in the executive and professional recruitment industry for nearly 15 years. She established Elite Executive in 2012 with the focus on building meaningful relationships with clients and candidates.  Understanding your business, and especially your business’s culture, assists Eva and the team to better source not only a person that has the skills you require, but also someone who will fit within the culture of your organisation.

She is a highly professional and driven Managing Director with a wealth of executive recruitment and search experience across commercial, health, resources, aviation, education, state and local government, not for profit, tourism and education industries. Her previous experience includes over 20 years in executive leadership, human resources and senior management-level operational roles throughout the world.

Eva also offers coaching and guidance to senior leadership teams, not only during transition into a new role but ongoing as well. She assists with team dynamics, change management, cross training and employee workforce planning.
