Recruitment

Your Elite Executive HR consulting package entitles you to our full recruitment services at highly discounted rates. Should you wish to manage your own recruitment, we will provide you with an interview guide and reference check forms.

We also recommend pre-employment psychometric testing to make your selection process highly objective, giving you confidence that you’ve found the best person for the role. We can assist with implementing and evaluating an appropriate psychometric testing program.

Training

A training and professional development strategy is important for getting the best out of your staff and ensuring that compliance in all areas of your business is upheld at all times. We will provide you with one-on-one leadership training whilst we work through each of the HR solution areas. Our goal is to support you and improve your confidence and capability throughout each of the stages. We will also assist you in identifying what training or professional development is needed for your employees, how to budget for it and in setting time-lines for completion.

HR solutions packages

Our HR solution areas can all be fully customised and our package will be tailored to meet your business needs.  We offer the following packages to small business (1-10 staff):

  1. 12 month package – tailored to the specific business, quote is provided after initial meeting/audit. This includes:

    10. Ongoing HR support including:
      1. 4 hours per month on call service (Telephone calls only)
      2. 2 hours per month of onsite assistance with performance management issues, ie: Dismissals, Warnings, etc. ..
  • 1 meeting per month (1 hour time limit) to discuss outstanding issues, upcoming appraisals, changes in workplace agreements, legislation, etc. ..
