About Us

Eva Grabner – Managing Director

Eva has been working in the strategic human resources sector, including executive and professional recruitment for over a decade. Her previous experience includes over 20 years in executive leadership and senior management-level operational roles throughout the world. What stands out as soon as you meet her is her passion for what she does. She will spend the time getting to know you (and your business as a client) and genuinely has an interest in assisting you in finding the right candidate or finding you the right role.

As a client, she offers a full recruitment consultancy service. Working with you exclusively throughout the recruitment process she can provide you with a 100% fill rate when working in partnership with you. This will ensure a high performer is sourced for your business.

Eva’s experience ensures she offers practical and honest advise and she only works with a select number of clients so that she can learn about, and understand, your business, people and especially, your culture. This enables her to provide an independent endorsement of your business which assures candidates that you are an employer she can confidently recommend and recruit for.

Lauren has a great breadth of experience across both the public and private sector and her previous position within Senior Management of a large corporation means she is well in tune to understanding the challenges and hardships surrounding recruitment in today’s environment. Her passion clearly lies within honest open communication and a drive to get the best results possible. She won’t forget to tell you this is all due to her Kiwi heritage!

As an early jetsetter in life, Lauren has plenty of international experience and a proud respect and understanding of the cultural diversity seen within many of our organisations in today’s environment. Paired with a range of technical and specialist skills, Lauren is well equipped to understand your needs beyond most recruitment consultants around today.

Cerie is an experienced HR and Management professional with over 18 years experience in Human Resources, Business Management and Culture, Project Management, Training and Education.

Her work experiences have taken her from Sydney to Asia and finally Cairns where her family settled over five years ago.

She has worked in, and consulted with, both large corporations and small business and believe that the key to successful relationships is through a shared vision, effective communication, ongoing review and a solid understanding of the people who create the synergy that is your business and what brings out the best in them. Being an effective and successful leader is providing opportunities and motivation for those around you to realize their full potential and exceed expectations.
